Setup server for email marketing

Hi, I have the $79/mo dedicated server plan from iweb.com. I need to setup the server so I can run email marketing campaigns. I need a person who has done this before! I need - phplist software - configure the mail server with dkim, domainkeys, spf records, and rdns, etc - I need to be able to send a lot of emails in one day. Can you tell me how many emails I will be able to send daily? Thanks, Carlos
