Web - To - Print startup website needed

I am seeking someone to write a website which allows me to accept orders for Digital printing. There needs to be a place available to except the customers File via FTP for us to print it on our digital Press. I would like to be able to give them options of different stock's and finishings with an updated price. As well as the same structure duplicated for printing on t-shirts. The site would need to have a section for a knowledge-base of information to links and definition of printing terms provided by us. I would like to include a page on the site for the do-it yourself-er and provide links to free software so they can create there own designs and the forward it to us for printing. also The site needs to be expandable as I plan to offer other marketing services in the future,Things like large format commercial printing,Posters,Banners, database management,Mailing and MOBILE PHONE MARKETING . To name just a few. we will start with the basic digital printing and t-shirts and after that is up and running we will add services later. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform It needs to be a web based solution, I currently do not have a web host provider so I am not locked in.
