We need a Excel expert, & Big Commerce web developer who can make minor adjustments to our site. *I WILL ONLY PAY FOR THE RESULTS I EXPECT TO SEE* See below the requirements to be paid and a special payment incentive. 
 Payment: 

 • Payment will only be sent if required results are achieved in a 1-week time frame. If a Redue is required it must be done before payment is released. • Please add "CUSTOMER WILL PAY WHEN RESULTS ARE ACHIEVED" in your response, so that I know that you will accept payment upon what is requested of you.

 • If the stage is not completed to our satisfaction – You don’t move onto the next stage and will not get paid! Bidder must be very experienced and have high rating on freelancer.com. During the project we should receive the progress update on each stage that has been completed.

 Budget: I'm working under a limited budget for this project, competitive bids and cheaper quotations will be preferred.

I also want to work with the successful bidder on long term basis, however it will be determined on the outcome of this project. ONE MORE TIME!!! If You Can Not Give Us What We Need, You Don’t Get Paid. If You Give Us Anything That We Didn’t Ask For, We Won’t Pay For That. We need only one thing done. What We Want? Take the descriptions, specs from all of our products and make them all look more neater with bullets if possible. Example.
