Microsoft Access Database template

Microsoft office 2010 or open source here is what I want: A form with all possible fields (some required and some not) that my admin staff have to fill in. It will be details like name, address, phone number and a few other details (required) as well as individual fields like product purchased, payment term etc (not all required). Now this is the thing: I want some fields to go to an invoice template, some to another contract template and all of them to be stored in a database and/or even more templates. EG. Field A,B and C has to go to all templates, Field D only to invoice template and Field E only to contract template. I think it can be done in either access or excel, but I have not got the time nor the experience to work it out. Any other options would be considered. I am more concerned about workability than [login to view URL] I have to be able to edit the templates. I recon it is an easy job if you know access, excel, office or similar. Need it done asap.
