quick and easy cut/paste with a twist

I have a scaned computer generated form previously filled out. I also have an Excel file which contains a re creation of that form, which I need. It is not 100% identical because the typeface used has been hard to find. I need someone who can: a. locate the font and enter the very minimal revisions needed on the Excel file. b. use the scan itself, which contains all the characters needed as the source of the font- You would create six numerical sequences consisting of nine numerals each. The form has all numerals from 0 to 9 in it. c. deliver the job within 3 hours.
