We are after someone to develop a bespoke order form system (Excel)for use by our field sales team. The system will need to perform the following functions:-
1. Produce an order for a client based on the products they have ordered
I. We have a bespoke product offering whereby each of our products has varying properties. An example being shirts can have a) Set Colours b) Set Collars c) Fabric Type d) varying designs. When a product is selected the correct options would then need to appear through various dropdown boxes. Once an item is fully selected a button will need to appear allowing the product to be added to the order. The product would then appear underneath in an editable area and separately on an order form for a client. The user should be able to remove an item from the editable area which then removes the item from the order form. They should be able to amend only set properties on the order for such as price, which we will advise in due course which fields they are.
II. The form will also need to pull through client information from the customer data stored on another form via a dropdown box. This will need to appear on the edit screen as well as the order form.
III. On the order form a jpg images will need to be shown of the product ordered.
2. Internally the spreadsheet will need to store each SKU (Product) with the various properties & clients.
3. Feeding into the above the spreadsheet will require a worksheet whereby the company will be able to add products to the dataset & customers.
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:-
• Excel – Extensive knowledge
• VBA – Extensive knowledge
As and when the candidate is selected we will provide the data along with a visual example of what is required. This is an urgent project and will be required by next Tuesday (18th December).
