219102 SlideShowPro FLA Customization

so I've been using slideshow pro ( [login to view URL] ) for a while and been pretty happy with it... the only thing i have not been able to figure out is a higher level of customization of the slideshow and i was wondering if i could hire any flash pros out there to set up a fla template for me where in i can change out the look and feel of the SlideshowPro thumbnail/button navigation. for instance i have a client that wans their slideshow navigation to look like the attached file I have no idea how to accomplish this in flash other than knowing that it requires a bunch of custom action script to be written... nor do i have the time(with all the other stuff i have going on) to learn action script just for this one task soooo .... if theres a advanced flash guy out there that can help me through this that i can hire for the gig CONTACT ME with your rates! as well if this project goes well i am always in need of a good flash guy thats familiar with action script, thats the only part of my team that i am missing .. i have an seo guy, a graphic designer, a copy editor, a php programmer, and my self :html/css/ the kitchen sink and if yer someone that can handle this CONTACT ME send me an email!
