Flash Builder mobile app (all devices)

We need an experienced Flex developer and Flash designer who is professional in Flash Air for mobile development. We need a project developed in Flash Builder 4.5 using Flex SDK 4.5.1 with separate views projects for all major devices currently supported by Flash Builder (including web and desktop version). Application will read an xml feed to get data which includes a list of channels and videos, plus ‘About Us’ info. Whole app is 5 page view, created dynamically based on xml feed data, with some default graphics (in case there is no data for the item) and major social network sharing buttons. Ability to save watched videos in device’s SD card (if available) is a big plus. There is no user registration in app, so no rating or commenting necessary. Views design for any device currently supported by Flash (and ability to add any future support) need to be well developed regards using the same code base for functionality of the application. Availability of the developer for future support as new devices been added to Flash Air support and also new graphical designs (changing the colour and app’s theme, maybe once or twice a month) is a plus, and needs to be quoted. Please provide previously done projects using Flash and performance optimized architecture you would like to use to do the project.
