Animated Coming Soon Flash Splash Page

I need a coming soon page for my website built. I need it to be a flash animation splash page. My company name is Grizzley Print. The splash page shout have an "About Us" link and a "Blog" link. My business is in the t-shirt printing business so I would like the animation to be set in a workshop with rabbits and squirrels working heat press machines and folding t-shirts, a deer working a Direct To Garment Printer (DTG) and a raccoon working a cash register. My logo, Grizzley should be wearing his signature T-shirt while on a tablet as if he is overlooking everyone. I'm still in my business start-up so money is very tight. I also need the bears image altered a bit. He should also be brown. I will include an attachment of what he looks like and the shirt he should be wearing. All the animals should also be wearing yellow construction hard hats. Thanks for looking.
