2d graphic artist for bird character

Hello, I'm looking for somebody with concept graphic ideas. I need rough designs of these characters so I can have another artist redesign and render this into a game. Attached is the character I'm looking for. Character size will be no more than 100X125px per character. don't really care whether 2d or 3d design. Just need some colorful,scary and evil looking ones. Will Need 40 characters. Budget $100 I will attach an example character in message, but attached here is a sample of the character I'm looking for.
