growing plant

We need a quote for a simple animation consisting of a hand throwing seeds into dirt followed by one or more plants growing to adulthood. We prefer this to be in vector format and a sequence of GIF or JPEG's as it will be imported into a Flash movie. Final will require royalty-free, unlimited distribution of animation. We'll need the original work-up files, and each frame saved as a GIF/JPEG. (13 or less frames maybe?) May either include shadows or gradients, or it can be flat colors.
