ai to flash with animation , need urgently

We are looking for flash developers to convert an ai file to flash . The ai file is a map with index. We need flashing effect to the routes of the index. When the index item is clicked , it should show only the index items flashing on the map. Moreover we need zoom function and hand function to move the map freely. The map should be in high resolution so that when zoomed all the text in the map is readable. Anyone with good knowledge of flash is just few hours work. Need urgently. Need a zoom slider to zoom in and out the map. We need it today if possible.
