osCommerce Design & enchancements

I am looking for a osCommerce Designer-Programmmer, to build a record label website based around osCommerce. Design-wise the site needs to be very clean & very professional, subtle flash elements. colour scheme & feel will be similar to www.mp3.com. A logo design will also be needed. Functionality –wise: All the functionality of osCommerce. Users will have the abilty to browse by artist or music type, view bio of artist, listen to samples of music, buy mp3 downloads of music, or buy actual artist merchandise e.g T-shirts etc etc. Inclusion of a few new pages news, Live etc. Addition extra banners. I need this job done promptly and I haven’t got the luxury & time to entertain time wasters. If the job is done to my satisfaction there will be more work to follow in the format of forums.
