Multiple sites serious long-term SEO (50 to 100 per year)

We have a portfolio of clients interested in having their websites optimised for search engines. the range could be between 50 to 100 websites per year and we need the same kind of services for each one of them: We would like their domain names to hit top 5 on google (at the very least Page 1). Our clients may be interested in ranking for 3 keywords as well, so please state a separate quotation for that. Websites will be in Flash or Html and we will need a clear quotation on prices for both languages. Please state the following as well: - time required before starting seeing results - plan (no Black Hat) - similar projects you've done in the past (portfolio attached) Websites (and possibly) keywords will be communicated on a project basis. We currently have a 10,000 US$/year quotation for 100 Flash websites from a European company and we are looking for a better price that can be broken down to smaller packages of Websites (begin with 10, then move to the next package, ect.)
