Eye-popping graphic designer with super communication skills

Day1: Rearrange the website, add the critical salesletter template and add the same template to all of the webpages. Day2: Work on the flash animated banner ads, need to be simple , eye catching, and creative so It can promote my site. This will fall on the “news” link as mentioned in the attachments. Need to make the blog graphics look appealing. Something similar to this layout: [login to view URL] Day4: Fill in the content for the remaining webpages. Need to make the forum look nice and match the look of the website. Day5: Check over the website and make sure all the links are not broken and that none of the page links are misspelled and collect your payment in your escrow account. You’re finished.
