162170 Live Web Cam Chat Site

Goal is to create a live web cam chat site, similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but be unique in its own way. Entertainment is the purpose of this site Flash and FMS - Visio. (Client has mentioned these three coding languages as a preference for development.) Open to suggestions for alternatives. Would much prefer that an alternate be used with at least one of those mentioned by client. BASIS: -Site will be based on a credit system $1.00 = 1 credit -The site will need a way to process money real time into credits used for time with girls, and for recurring membership fees -Members pay a monthly fee, and have access to complete cam girl profiles, member chats, and private chats -Will need a web design, most likely built in flash -Live flash chat system, will need to handle many concurrent connections 200+ -Will use a flashcom provider, until I can buy a full license -No audio just basic text chatting -Will start with 10-15 cam girls -Beyond a chat system, I will need a messaging system to notify cam girls when a member wants a private chat USERS: -Guests -Members -Cam Girls -Admin account, can foresee everything ACCOUNTS: -Will need a database to store user accounts and credit card info -Will need a way to create accounts for cam girls, and keep track of their time chatting and how many credits they bring in -I would like detailed statistics for cam girls activity, # of hrs in chat rooms on a weekly basis… CHAT SESSIONS: -Guests will have access to free chat rooms, for a total of 5 min., and have access to cam girl profiles(limited access), will need a timer system with a cookie -When cam girls login to either a separate app or a web based account, whoever is viewing the site will see they are online to chat with -Cam girls will be in the group chat section until they go to a private session, they will no longer be able to chat until they are done -Private chats are one-on-one, the cam girls will set there credit rate, and if member wishes to chat, they can pay the given credit rate per min., minimum of 10 min., buy a guaranteed allotted amount of time, or until either one chooses to end the session -Members will be able to tip the cam girls with various items, including credits -Cam girls can change there credit rate upon logging in, this will update on there profile page
