116283 Online Voice Recording flash

Hi, I need an online voice recording flash script that will record a message with capability of setting time limits relatively easily (so admin can set by themselves depend on the need) and the recording, once determine done, it would be able to save the file onto server with a link provided to the users to post. Something like this [login to view URL] would be good just a less fancy version. Capabilities of direct integration to phpBB/VBB/Discussboard would be nice but not 100% needed. The flash has to be very user friendly (a click to record, another to listen, another to stop and one more for publish/save.)
