WEB Page Design 6 different pages high end

We currently have a web page that offers different services for example accounting, outsourcing and delivery services among others. We want to add a new one, virtual marketing and web page design and it is for this new portion of the web page that we are looking for your help. It needs to be created with a combination of Flash (or similar program) to make it look very professional and html to incorporate text and meta tags so that the search engine spiders can index it. It’ll contain the following pages: [login to view URL]: a Flash (or other program) with an introduction of images and text of what we can do for our clients. [login to view URL] Page: [login to view URL] Marketing: [login to view URL] Marketing: [login to view URL] page design: [login to view URL] Clients: a list of the logos of our clients with a text of no more than 150 letters explaining what we did for that client. [login to view URL]: that is only a link to our current page: We will provide all the text and images and also a sample of competitors´ web pages identifying what we like and what we want to avoid as a guide for the design. The design must differ from the one that we have. Once the web page is approved we need to have all the original files in a format that we can edit in the future for example in illustrator or Photoshop as a vector file.
