writing skills needed

I need you to write articles for my business... It is meant to be a catchy article for a blog or a landing page , an internet pool of articles- local market only. I have all the ideas that I want for that, but I don't have it with the right words. I'll supply you with the rough text the way I see it, with all the info I can provide and you will make it look nice and readable. Write it in a better way, catchy, teaser a call to action articles. It can be around one or two pages (it will depend) on the subject. You would have to write it all but you really need to make it more spot on. In the article I want to offer/show to my target market the quality of my services and the benefits when people have it. I am always keeping the integrity and honesty of my company and my professional conduct. It MUST grab the prospect's attention... It MUST facilitate the prospect's information gathering & decision making process... It MUST provide a specific - easy to take action that helps them make a good & right decision. It has to be original content with my idea and your personality. If you are really good - I'll keep you as my primary source for more articles and I have a few more during the year (2012) I just want a reliable, serious, honest, skillful, creative and dynamic writer to help me with my business. This is a pilot job for ten articles about – Home loans, Business insurance, Home loan protection and financial problems small business owners might have due to poorly planned business execution. Please only apply if you are confident: 1- Only contractors who place bids will be considered and I will not respond to copy and paste bids. 2- Need a serious and honest writer so we don't get any problem in the future. 3- Make sure you understand- what I'm asking for. 4- I need a 100% quality work and an expert. 5- You will only be paid according to agreement. 6-I want you to ask all the questions that you might have and you really need to know the answers. 7- You are welcome to research material – prepare a draft copy – supply it to me and then once we have agreed on the final version – produce the article. Once the articals written&submitted -I will keep the articles as they are mine and will use them for future.
