Create Flash Animation

I need a Flash Animation displaying a short commercial about 15-20 sec showing the transformation of unhealthy gums to healthy ones by killing the germs that cause Periodontal Disease for the site [[login to view URL]][1]. Basically this would be a sales pitch showing the before and after by someone using this product. It the animation has sound I must have the option of tuning it off if I need to. It has to be professional and not look cheap for it to lend credibility to the product. It also must fit the look and feel of the current site.
