banners design

Need 18 banners (dynamic and static) (218*174) for our different category members (directory) the design must be attractive and creative. Each add will be directed to the member website. We also need a flash banner to introduce our website optionand categories (how it works); we will add a video on top of it, with the voice that follows the flash banner The flash banner must be done in two versions French and [login to view URL] must be around 90 seconds duration For an example check please [login to view URL] ill send more info for the bidders only. This potentially could be a full time job and long term - for the right candidate. as we have to change the 18 banners every month. You must Have a background in design and a portfolio of work. I will ask for one sample with my material before choosing any bidder.
