Sales Brochure

We are looking for a brochure for our company. Our company has several divisions, we want to start with a corporate brochure. We would like to have the brochure be 4 pages, with a folder. So we will have to have a folder layout designed and the 4 page insert be designed. We want a graphic artist who is familiar with the corporate realm to do the layouts, branding, logo standardization across our brand. Our website address is [login to view URL] Our requirements are highlighted below: 1. 4 page brochure layout (inserted into folder) with graphical image to allure the eye. 8.5x11 page layout 2. Folder cover design and Layout. Front Cover and back panel. 3. Rework our company logo to update/refresh for new branding campaign. 4. Provide graphical images/text blocks for our company information/capabilities. 5. Folder Cover design with logo 6. First page - graphical splash page with a corporate tagline 7. Second Page - Corporate overview with graphics and text fields, corporate overview, history, 8. Third Page - 3 column tab page split half page for company divisions, graphics for 6 text fields for Automation, Access Control, Service, Energy Management, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing), Lab Airflow Controls. Add images for eye allure. 9. 4th Page - 2 column (split half page, so 4 sections total) text and images with capabilities, coverage areas, service, tbd. 10. Back Cover of Folder with Contact information and image simple and sweet. Work is contract for hire, and we will require eps files or photoshop original files upon completion. We will need your experience in advertising layouts and corporate branding to get us a quality product. Attached are 2 files One for Luwa USA, basically use this for format purposes.
