135007 Re-Design Sports Gift Site

I need my existing website KAZOOIE dot com re-designed to feature an easier navigation menu that is on the left side and an improved design including a better header. I need only one page designed the category page: [login to view URL] I like the way the side menu works on: goinprosports dot com. how it shows all the teams under each sport. we need a feature like that. i like the header graphic here. and the buttons: [login to view URL] it would be nice to have something similar but the on the left edge the person would be a sports player like a baseball or football player.
