graphic designer - preferably spanish speaking

I am looking to bring another player into the team, for the past 5 years we have been finding excellent people here in GAF and keeping them on our contract roster for a long time. It is time to find others and give other creative minds a chance to work with us. We have 5 past GAF designers/programmers that are still with us since the start and they were found here on GAF. Looking for someone with extensive print design and logo development. web would be an asset, but we have very trusted web people. The average project for logo, brochure, flyers runs from $15-40 and there are bulk projects that are $50-$750 depending on the quality commitment and experience. Currently I have some flyers for an existing client that we would like to redesign, if the work is good, there is a lot more design work with the same client.
