Facebook & Twitter \"Environment\" / Fan Page(s) For Business

Hi, I would like to find someone who has significant experience in setting up awesome Facebook "environments" as well as putting together a cool Twitter background / page. I also need to have a logo remade but this is a simple task as I already have a template and the respective font (the logo is all text except for one graphic - I have it as well). Just like most I am not looking to pay a lot and don't have to have an all-world masterpiece... just something that looks nice and clean (these are for business).
