I am currently using a YouJoomla Template [login to view URL] I need the top dropdown menu modified so it looks like the menu from here --ymcatulsa(dot)org—except instead of the brown background I need to use color #FF0033. I will provide link to beta site once you are awarded the project. Budget is under $30 if possible. I will have more work if you are also graphic designer.
