Icon design needed for an Android App

I need an icon designed for an Android app in the following sizes 512 * 512 36 x 36 48 x 48 72 x 72 114 ? 114 I need each in png format and just 512 * 512 also in jpg format. The app is a Bible app, so the icon should represent it. I want it to be very professional and to have the modern iphone/android look. Please let me know the total quote for this. I want to have the icons refined until I will be fully satisfied with the design. Update - What I have in mind is a nice 3d bible (similar to the Bible in the middle picture at [login to view URL] ) with a cross on it (instead of the text) Please give me a quick sample of how you would do this and your final price.
