Invicti Crest Design

Hi, I'd like a couple of options for design on a new crest. A little background. I am launching a new Men's club to be known as Invicti (which is latin for unconquerable). The clubs mission is: To help men find their mission in life and execute it. As individuals and together we will leave the world a better place than when we found it. “What you leave behind is no what is engraved in stone monuments but what is woven into the lives of others. “ Each man's mission is to: Find something you would die for and give it your life. In doing so, watch your family, health and career thrive. In doing so, find your ultimate personal satisfaction at a life of meaning and purpose. Some of our language and code is: Leave the World a Better Place The power of the pack is the wolf, the power of the wolf is the pack Live for the code. Die for the code. Once a member. Always a member. Never leave a man behind. No one is bigger than the pack. Thick Face, Black Heart That’s good mana. Don’t bring politics or religion to the table. The brief: All clubs have a crest or coat of arms that they hold sacred. I'd like a new crest that does exactly that. On February 12th we are holding our foundation night and at this night I'd like to present a 2 to 3 options that will promote discussion and gain feedback. Then I can come back and we can refine. Attached is 3 drawings which are concepts. The crest has a number of key elements: 1. The fire in the centre. This is the burning mission that each man has. Its his spirit. His mana that he holds true. 2. The Two men on the outer edge. There is a point in the movie shawshank redemption when tim robbins breaks free from the sewer that he uses to escape jail. In the pouring night rain he raises his head to the heavens and holds his arms out. Its a moment of pure bliss, release and vulnerability. I wanted the two men that wrap the outside the crest to have this posture. I found it really hard though. 3. The men have three pillars that they need must sign up to: 1. Develop physically, 2. Develop mentally through mastery, wisdom and excellence and 3. Support other men. I was hoping to have these three elements represented around the central fire of their mission. You can see my feeble attempts at this. I have used chains at one point...I'm unsure about these now. Colours: I think a set of colours that represents something solid. Like its made of steel. This mixed with something that creates a sense of history and tradition...i.e. old wood. Alternatively I was thinking Black, Silver and Gold.
