Logo Creation + Business Card, Banner Etc.

I require a logo to be created, along with a few banners + business cards etc. The logo will be 2-3 colours and will have an abbreviation of the business name (to the left) then to the right will be the complete business name (in spaced out letters). As well as having the logo created, i'll need the following: * Website logo/banner - 645 x 79px * Website footer logo - 104 x 36px * Website browser icon * Business Card - Front/Back (Information supplied) * Letterhead with watermark (information/ideas supplied) * Envelope design * Email signature logo/informative image I have had someone working on this for me, however they are taking too long to get back to me, I really need something completed in the next day or two. I have attached the "abbreviated" part of the logo that the current designed has supplied, something similar to this.
