we need 30 keywords SEO applying techniques for new Penguin update and targetting Austrlaian links over PR 3 only need total of 200 quality links per keyword. Our Site is a Online Store Following policy must be followed: -Forum profile links are not allowed -Web 2.0 contents that are fresh and have no inbound links to them are not allowed for inbound link to my site. -Bookmarking is not allowed -Article links will be accepted to be submitted to high PR article site. With only 1 link to my webpage. -Articles are not allowed in spin format. -Article distribution is not allowed. -Press release link in high PR sites must be used. But distribution is not allowed. -Directories link must be limited and only in high PR directories. -Company directories that accept to add website (yellow pages, etc.) also must be used. -Video description links also must be used. The videos will be delivered to you. -Forum post or comments are accepted only in related forums. -Blog comment posts are accepted only from high PR blogs. -Wiki links if used must be in high ranking. Links from fresh wiki page will not be accepted. -Links from network blogs (too many blogs with links to each other) are not allowed.
