Tshirt/Hoody Artwork Needed ASAP

I need a graphical rendering of the attached sketch. This will be going on the back of a sweatshirt/tshirt, roughly 11x17. It is styled after a motorcycle gangs colors or vest, Google "biker colors" images. It should be a skull and cross bones wearing ski goggles. This shouldn't be super detailed due to the application, im looking for clean. This will be one color, white on a dark hoody. I also need the following names and titles made to look like separate patches, 3-4" wide, will be on the front. Ive included examples of mc colors and a basic skull/bones that has the feel im looking for. Id like to see a version that looks like graffiti and I can provide a mock up from another source, we can pick the best from there. Call it however much per hour, but $20 is my budget. I'll throw in a tip if you do this fast and well. I also have another tshirt that i might have you do as well. The last guy started the work and then demanded more money to complete, I dont play those games. Please dont bid if you arent somewhat familiar with motorcycle clubs or gangs.
