Mobile UI Design Photoshop Video Tutorials

I'm looking for a Photoshop guru to do several video tutorials on mobile design. Each tutorial needs to be a minimum of 3 minutes and no longer than 15 minutes. Voiceover must be included and subtitles are not recommended but are optional in addition to the voiceover. Basically I need someone who knows how to design mobile elements like backgrounds, buttons, use of textures, colors etc. using photoshop. We will be including these tutorials on our blog. You must also provide the video in avi, mov. or mp4 format. You must speak excellent english and provide detailed tutorial insturctions. Some examples of videos we like.
