Pakistani Bidders will be preferred. I need 1 character drawn based on specs provided immediately(I will provide details to qualified bidders in PM). I will prefer some one who will provide me a rough low resolution mockup before job award. I need JPG provided during revision process and Final Delivery would be in AI(Vector format). All bidders are requested to provide their Character drawing portfolios while bidding. LOWEST Bidder with QUICKEST delivery would be awarded.
