High Quality Image Creation

I need a 1280 x 800 desktop background image designed. I need it in .jpg format along with the original layered photoshop file. I would like a high quality solid black background. Centered, is a realistic looking heart (the organ) which is bleeding. Overlayed text of "FADED INTO NOTHING" Faded, will have a fading gradient from left to right so the word appears to fade away. "Nothing" will be a transparent word, placed below the heart, so that the heart can bleed behind the word. The text should be approximately the size of the heart, if not larger. I would like it to be glossy and reflective, see attached images for some inspiration. Be creative. Feel the image as the text explains. You are fading into nothing. Your heart is broken and bleeding out, you are fading away, and nobody is there to save you. It should be dark and somber. If I like it, I will pay more to have the exact same image with a pure, white background. Black and red color scheme. If I like your work I may commission you for more. Font is up to you, but it should look moderately professional. I am not asking you to use the images attached, just note the reflective qualities, semi-realism, color meshing, etc. Your the artist, this is your creativity!
