Greetings. I have looked at the supplied PDF... this should be a simple project and shouldn't take more 2-3 hours. I have 20+ years of experience in all types of printed materials. I have extensive experience using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, most of the work meant for print. Process: 1) receive files. 2) Copy text out of Photoshop into InDesign. 3) Apply the same fonts and sizes as are used in the Photoshop file. 4) create a PDF for approval. 5) upon approval upload collected InDesign file. I use Dropbox, so files would be passed back to via a link. Also, please specify the version of InDesign that you need to have the file saved to. I use CC, yet also have CS5.5.
