Melody Live children's ebook/app for iPad

I'm looking for a creative & technical wizard to reformat and repackage a 50 page illustrated picture book into an ebook app for the iPad. Note - our illustrations are not the same aspect ratio as an iPad so a fair amount of creative work needs to be done to reformat the layered Photoshop files into an ebook format. This will require some composition and design skill, however it should not require any additional illustration. We'll provide all the art, text, music and sound effects. You'll handle the layout, navigation, transition effects, little animations (wiggles, slides, scale adjustments), programming and all the little extras to make this into a noteworthy ebook app for kids. Your final deliverable would be a complete ebook app ready for submission and sale on the iTunes app store. I have attached the first 10 pages of the print version of the book to give you a sense of the material we have. Please include URL links to any relevant portfolio pieces along with your bid. Given that this is our first project of this nature, we would prefer to work with someone who already has experience creating ebook apps for the iPad.
