I want someone to redesign [login to view URL] with some changes (Read attached PDF)
It should be more or less the same (like [login to view URL]) with some updates (mentioned in PDF and few more tweaks if required)
UPDATES TO THE PDF: The website maybe made in Flash (with no admin panel, but neatly made source code that you will provide us).
This is because making it with javascript seems very hard.
Few more updates will be told to the winning bidder.
