Redesign of an existing website for an ISP: - Design and HTML only - New logo design - Integration of pictures either proofed royalty free or purchasable - we cover the fees We expect: - clear and valid xHTML - Modern and individual design Terms of payment: - 30% after we receive a sliced PSD file which we agree on - 30% after we receive the webpage template - 40% after the full website is ready Rules: - Please name exact 5 references in your offer. These should be working websites showing your level of skill. - I do not want any private messages.
