Flyer Design for selling Tshirts

I'm basically wanting to create an attractive Flyer Design for my website t-shirt business. The size of the Flyer paper that i will be using to print the image on will be 8.5 x 11". There is a rough draft attached below which will give you an idea of what im looking for. Even though the attachment is a guideline, Im looking for someone who is creative and can add there own ideas to make this Flyer attractive.
