I recently purchased a .jpeg that I am using as a splash screen for a desktop application. I have three tasks I need done: 1) I need to add some text to the left of the sphere. 2) I need to colorize the entire attached image to a metallic blue color. 2) I need to create a set of Windows Icons based on the sphere image. These icons will appear in Windows system tray and they need to come in four colors: green, blue, red and yellow.
