Flash header/menu

We need a Flash header made for a site that i have attached a jpeg of.? This header will fit from the top of the template to the bottom of the image.? The header you make will include the logo in the top left the menu in the top right which needs to be animated and the area where theres an image right now will turn into a repeating animation of some sort. we will supply a rough outline of what info we will want in the animation but it will be up to the designer to use his creative abilities to awe us.? It is important that it is VERY visually appealing. We will also be doing a 30-45s flash intro for this same site after this project and the winner of this bid WILL have first crack at it as a private project IF they do satisfactory work.? there is not alot of time for this project to get done.? The winning bidder will be supplied with logo PSD file, exact dimensions for the header, color codes if needed, and anything else we can provide!? Please provide examples of previous work, there is good opportunity here for MORE work as we believe iun long term relationships!
