New Product Box Design - from existing packing

I would like a re-design of an existing package. I need someone to use their creative skills to re-work the ai file. (below) I have also attached a pdf which details the kind of look I want - however as i mentioned I need you to be creative.....maybe we don't need all the photos to get our message across?? I can provide high res images if required. (I am happy to look at alterative colours if you have a great idea. if you change any colours and we agree, the price includes the high res new images) I believe the current package is too busy and confusing.
