Ongoining photobooks design contract

Looking for a long-term partner for a new business. The job would be to design photobooks with a lot of text - so more illustrated books then a photoalum with a quote here and there. In general it should be about 60 page per book. Most of the orders will have noth PDF and printed version. PDF version will have to be branded for our business, printed version - "just" needs to be uploaded to the photobook site. I am looking for freelancer who could already demonstrate some work in photobook design area. This will be a high-end product (3-5 a month), you need to have outstanding style that can be described as understated sofistication and be as far away from tacky as possible - think Moleskine notebook not Disney cartoon book. Once we both feel we could work well together I will send you an example of the book, describe process in detail and would expect a quote per book (not per hour) that can be adjusted after the first 3-4 books have beed done and we have a better anderstanding of the work and time involved.
