popart art photoshop artist

Need artsit to create custom art work from customer photo. The image has to be done in PhotoShop at 300 dpi, flattened and ftp to our server. I attach images of what needs to be done. If you are interested to work on this please let me know what you will charge per image etc. I can provide more samples if needed. I am looking for someone to cooperate on the project we are starting with understanding that it is going to be ongoing cooperation. For now we pay for one image order. If you have some work done in such style or somewhat similar, please present.
