Help me with Internet Marketing / Online Ad Posting

Posting ads in the classified section of online channels. Primarily the services/financial section. We are having success with both text and image ads and are looking at posting 500+ per day within a month. Work may be done by specialists who focus on either text or image, or expert who has experience posting both and keeping the ads from being flagged. We currently have one very good person in Bangladesh who prefers image ads and we are looking at adding text and redundancy. The price we are paying this expert is $.50 per ad that stays live. We expect to add 200 more ads per day within 2 weeks which equals $100 USD per day or nearly $3,000 per month to the team posting the ads. As mentioned, more volume will follow that shortly. Hourly rate is based on having a process or team capable of posting 100 ads per hour (100 ads X $.50 per ad = $50 per hour). Actual payments will be per ad not per hour. Rate per hour depends on ability of individual and/or team. Do not apply if you are not already experienced at posting online ads and have all the tools to do so and keep the ads from being ghosted or flagged. Knowledge and experience is critical as this is a very competitive and detailed process and will not work if you do not know what you are doing.
