Project Description:
There are 180 names and addresses in a PDF document which need to be typed into an excel spreadsheet (template supplied) so that I can mail merge to them.

Example of data which needs to be read from PDF and put into Excel;

Mr & Mrs Smith
90 Long Street
Sydney, NSW 2011

Data to be put in CORRECT field on excel spreadsheet.

Must be 100% accurate with no mistakes.

Proof read and double check before you submit the document as completed.

Able to identify any duplicate names and not enter twice.

Able to understand clear instructions.

Simple job with view to on going work.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

This job was awarded to another contractor 2 weeks ago however they have now cancelled the job because they did not have sufficient knowledge to input data into the correct field and assign correct title (they did not understand Western Names/ eg. Which is a Male or Female Name);

Eg; Maria & John Bates

Maria = Female

John = Male
