Email Marketing - 100,000 Emails

Need to send out 100,000 +/- emails 25,000 per week for 4 weeks 5,000 emails per eblast per day Monday - Friday. List is not opt-in. Emails deal with Financing Churches. Must show real time statistics, bounces, hard and soft, opens with email address. I require real time data and access to the software program. Rotating IP addresses!!!
