Facebook Fans & Facebook welcome page

Needs 1500 Facebook Fans You must have experience of creating Facebook fans without getting banned from FB. 1. Fan's must be from USA 2. We are looking for Fans not friends. 3. Fans must be real accounts 4. Fans must not be SPAM accounts, or those at risk of being quickly suspended I will also require a Welcome page for the fan page... I wouldn't expect much for that to be done.... this include graphic and coding, I'll attach it to the fan page. Please type "gr8" in your bid or in your PM to show me you've read this description.
