Generate website visiters who play in gus macker tournament

Gus Macker is a 3 on 3 basketball tournament that is held in about 35 cities over the course of the summer. More details can be found at macker.com. We have a website that sells a product that people playing in this tournament would use. What we would like to do generate traffic to our websites from people playing in these tournaments (or parents of players). People would start becoming interested in our product about 3 weeks before the tournament and because of production and shipping times we need to stop selling about 1 week before the tournament. This means there is about a 2 week period to generate traffic to the site from each city and there are generally tournaments going on in 3 cities at 1 time. On average there are 400-600 teams of 4 players each at one of these tournaments. We would like as many of them as possible to visit our site. In your proposal please give a little detail about how much traffic I can expect, how much of it can be expected to be from tournament players or parents of players, and a how you plan to accomplish this, and a price.
