Joomla SEO for 4 websites

We are looking for an SEO GOOGLE EXPERT in JOOMLA. Our websites are Joomla Based in a competitive tourism industry, (preferably using “Joomla SEO” plugin). Monthly payment for each website plus bonus Milestone payments for high rankings. We are an ethical company - therefore white Hat techniques only. Each website will have up to 5 very particular key phrases that bonuses will be Paid upon, and of those five key phases, 1 key phrase will be the GOLDEN Bonus Key Phrase. Many of these Key Phrases are already ranking in position 1 or 2 and on first page for their top 5 key phrases. All bonuses are payed based upon the lowest organic ranking for that phrase during that calendar month. Ranking Commissions: RANKING ONE GOLDEN BONUS KEY PHRASE - Ranking one $100 a month bonus Top 4 other key phases – Ranking one $60 a month Bonus TOP 3 ORGANIC RANKINGS (must be above Google places) GOLDEN BONUS KEY PHRASE - Ranking 2 or 3 $50 a month bonus Top 4 other key phases – Ranking 2 or 3 $30 a month Bonus 1st Page Rankings GOLDEN BONUS KEY PHRASE - Ranking 1st page $20 a month bonus Top 4 other key phases – Ranking 1st page $5 a month Bonus A rate of $50 per website per month + bonuses (as seen above) will be paid to the right candidate. Only candidates who can demonstrate good SEO ability will be considered. Other quotes will be considered in order to win this project.
